Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from New Zealand in 2 to 4 working days. You will get tracking when the parcel leaves us.
Shipping cost
- Free on orders over $99
- A flat rate applies below $99 and is shown at checkout before you pay
- Rural delivery can add a day or two
Where we ship
New Zealand addresses. If you are outside New Zealand and want something from the range, email us before ordering and we will tell you what it would cost.
Before you order
Measure the space. Wrong size is the most common reason anything comes back in this category, and ninety seconds of measuring prevents most of it. If you are not sure, send us the numbers and we will tell you straight, including when the answer is that it will not fit.
If something goes wrong in transit
If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will deal with the courier. That is our job, not yours.
