Who we are
This store is operated by Space Creation. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST
- An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation, not when payment is submitted
- If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund it in full
- We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before charging if a correction affects your order
Product descriptions
We describe products as accurately as we can and publish capacities below the numbers we tested to. Photographs show the product in realistic use. Colours can vary slightly between screens.
Returns
Covered by the 90-day One Motion Guarantee, set out in full in our Refund Policy.
Your account and your data
If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Things outside our control
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather or events beyond our reasonable control, though we will always help you chase them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
